Boredom (Feb.16)

There is a state of the body at which point you are so bored you really do not even think or care to do the basic things. It is a dangerous state to be in because on the one hand you aren't doing the things that you should be doing and at the same time if you are doing anything, you probably shouldn't be doing it. The other interesting feature that surrounds this state of boredom is the reality that you are likely to be all alone at the time you reach this state. Also, it seems to come in the moments when you are as stuck in a particular routine. Perhaps that is why it is a state where you want to do absolutely nothing, because doing something would be no different than doing nothing. The cure may be hard to find but the reality is that it is impossible to live in this state when you are filled with joy. True joy is hard to find and sometime hard to hold on to but it is the cure to boredom.
